Context

One home, many people around it.

Druce is an estate agency in London, and these apps are its first move into digital and AI products. Selling or letting a single home involves an agent, a buyer or tenant, a landlord or seller, and the local businesses that repair, clean and furnish it.

DX FutureTech built Druce one ecosystem for all of them: a Business App for agents, a Customer App for buyers, renters and owners, a Merchant App for local partners, and an internal portal for Druce staff. I led the design, working with a second designer. Most of the work was learning how UK property runs, then making those rules usable on a phone.

On the stores

Three apps, one set of records.

Private case

The rest of this case covers how UK lettings, sales and compliance rules became flows, the scan and AI tools, and what I would do differently. For a few reasons, the full story isn’t public for everyone. If you opened this page from my CV, it opens automatically. Otherwise, email me and I’ll be happy to send access.
